MagnificoEscaparium - LavalEscape roomIRLLOVE LOVE LOVE. This room is an absolute love letter to escape rooms. It has so much love and energy poured into this room. I laughed and cried and asdfghjl I can’t find the words to put together how much this room surpassed all expectations. We chatted with our GMs Maya and Vincent at the end. They gave us so much energy and made the whole experience so amazing. This is absolutely a room I would do again and the production values was above and beyond. What an incredible, incredible room. This room is an absolutely must do for escape room lovers everywhere.
漆黒の悟り [Shadow Zen]Studio Escape Daikoku-choEscape roomIRLFun narration, amazing set design, solid story, and fun integrated puzzles. Lots to love about the room. It was super easy. Enjoy the room as an experience!
La Cathédrale Oubliée [The Forgotten Cathedral]Escaparium - LavalEscape roomIRLSpooky room and some of the most beautiful set design I’ve ever seen! There was one particular puzzles that was challenging even for the most experienced in our group which was a perfect challenge. There were so many cool transition elements and it was just spooky enough :)
Ghost PatrolTrivium GamesEscape roomIRLHow lucky am I to play this game 3 years ago, forget everything, and feel like a brand new experience again in 2026! The puzzle quality is great, everything is so high tech, and there’s a lot of super cool mechanics in this room! They employed an animator to do one really cool puzzle. It’s easy to see why this was one of the highest rated rooms in the Bay Area. They’re working on building a second smaller room for 2-6 people that we’re looking forward to playing.

Got off the plane jet lagged, played the room, and driving back to the airport lol AMAZING AMAZING ROOM! I was smiling from ear to ear and my mouth dropped with how certain rooms unfolded. This room is huge and it’s a maze. The puzzle quality was sooo good and fun! Easy puzzles that made sense, great flow, and solid story telling. Every puzzle in the room had a purpose in beautifully unfolding the story. Our GM the owner was amazing! Play it! Worth the trip!!
Metropolis 2099Dream LabsEscape roomIRLSET DESIGN. DETAILS. AMAZING!! This room is so beautifully created. The whole experience from start to finish with customizing the difficulty or danger of the room to your return of your dream was incredible. Our GM Martin was such a good actor and we dang near believed we’d be gassed down and actually lucid dream lol do not rush this room. Take in the full experience. Appreciate the details. Understand the complex story. So so beautifully designed with every puzzle beautifully integrated into the cyberpunk world. Truly cinematic and we had so much fun! Absolutely worth a stop and the long drive. A must play!
Election DayAppleseed AvenueEscape roomIRLLOVE LOVE LOVE THIS ROOM! I was sooooo sad when it was finished. This room blows me away from the amount of detail, to the tech, to the story line, to the set design, and to the hilarious live actor. We had so much fun and would have definitely had more cases. I’m so glad we made the trip specifically for this room. This is a new must play in LA and can’t wait for their other new room to come out.
Hope EndThe Ministry Of PeculiaritiesEscape roomIRLBLEW ME AWAY! This was such an immersive room with incredible actors and the puzzles were soooo good! The puzzles flowed perfectly with the story and this was one of the few places where I really felt involved with the story.
Die Legende vom herzlosen Piraten [The Tale of the Heartless Pirate]Dream LabsEscape roomIRLMy face hurt from laughing so much after this room!! Our GM Emma made the whole thing such an amazing experience! The attention to detail in the room was insane from the hilarious magazines (which I later translated after the room) to the cute details in the last room. The room unfolds in such a fun way with many “wow” moments and one of the best integrated puzzles in a storyline I’ve seen. This was such a fun room to play with our group. Dream labs has created some really special rooms and no doubt why it’s at the top of Trepeca.
