The building's exterior is misleading - once you come inside, the whole experience is great, and this particular escape was phenomenal. I said as we drove away that it was easily the best escape room I've ever done. My 9-year-old and I did it together and we escaped with 2 mins to spare after a few light hints. The biggest positive was that, even as involved as the room was, there was no confusing intermingling of puzzles. It was evident that the designers anticipated the sources of confusion and eliminated them. Highly recommend this room. Can't wait to go back and try the others.
