    I don’t want to spoil anything but I loved this room. It’s in my top 2 out of 20 so far. You can tell the owners love escape rooms by the quality of their establishment across the board. Definitely must try this room

    This room was great the first time around, but my wife and I brought our 10 and 6 year olds for their first room and it was great the 2nd time around too. There were upgrades too. Great room for experienced escape artists but also perfect for beginners

    My favorite room ever! The puzzles were clever, unique and diverse. The vibe of the room was dope. And if you happen to be a hip-hop head you’ll love it even more

    Fun room but could use a refurbishment… couple of the puzzles were broken, and just looked and felt run down. Still fun tho

    The place looked great. Big budget franchise and I was excited. But the room was not properly set up. Multiple doors were left unlocked (but we thought we unlocked them) which left us kind of chasing our tails due to misunderstanding what actually opened the doors. There was also at least 1 major hint that they neglected to place in the first room. We still got out and it was anticlimactic to say the least. They gave us a “my bad” but that was about it. No offer for a future free play, percentage off or even a vibe of regret. Prob won’t go back 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I would not recommend this room. Too easy for experienced escapers and not kept up enough for newbies. Customer service is lacking

    Everything about this place was terrible. TheY were like 45 mins late but when they arrived they seemed more annoyed than apologetic. The room was crazy hot and the AC didn’t work. Battery in the flashlight was dying but we weren’t sure if that’s how the light was supposed to be for the room. They finally gave us another flashlight but didn’t pause the time. I can go on and on but in the end we apparently had 1 more puzzle before we would’ve escaped but time ran out and they wouldn’t allow us to finish the last puzzle. 46 mins late, no apology and no extra 5 mins to finish. These guys suck 🗑
