    My wife and I visited on a Monday afternoon, and when we arrived, the lobby was eerily empty. After a few minutes, a staff member greeted us, but he seemed unaware that we had a 3:30 pm reservation. He had to create a new puzzle piece because the previous group had taken theirs, though it seemed like they hadn't been properly prepared for that. After a rushed briefing—likely due to him being behind—we were quickly ushered into the room without much of an introduction or sense of the story. The room was supposed to be dark, with four flashlights to help us navigate, but only one flashlight worked, and another was so dim that it died completely before we even reached the final puzzle. The space itself felt underwhelming—old, mismatched furniture that didn’t quite fit the theme and lacked any real atmosphere. While I enjoyed solving the puzzles themselves, they felt disconnected from the story, like random tasks thrown together without much thought. We were so close to escaping, but ultimately, we couldn’t pull it off. The lack of functional flashlights made teamwork impossible, and we ended up feeling frustrated instead of engaged. Overall, the experience was pretty underwhelming—uninspired puzzles, little immersion, and a staff member who seemed more distracted than focused on delivering a great experience. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone looking for a truly memorable escape room adventure.
