The GM was uninterested and didn’t do anything other than give us a sheet to read before we went in. When we finished the room, we exited and she was in the bathroom. We waited a couple of minutes but she didn’t appear to be leaving anytime soon - so we had to just leave. Very disappointed in the service. There’s no clues from the GM, it’s all on a QR code on your phone with the pre-typed out prompts, which are unhelpful at times. You are expected to know some prior knowledge which we didn’t have. Overall very difficult to have a good experience here with the service from the GM, and several issues with the room.
