Disco 54 NYCUnreal EscapesEscape roomIRLPlayed with a group of four friends (two novice and two more experienced players) and it felt like we could all actively play and contribute to different puzzles simultaneously, while still working together. Puzzles felt cohesive and flowed well, and had variety. The room was challenging enough but all the puzzles made sense. Really fun room and a fun theme, our group had a great time.
軍情六處 [MI6]LOST Taiwan 站前店Escape roomIRLGame is English friendly, although not much language was needed anyway. Good for group of 2-3, maybe 4 at most. Puzzles stayed on theme and was the right amount of challenging. We also did Sherlock but felt like the solutions to puzzles in this room were much more satisfying.
아마존의 잃어버린 도시 [The Lost City of Amazon]Seoul Escape Room Hongdae 2Escape roomIRLThe cool set design didn’t make up for the puzzles in my experience. There was too many of the same types of puzzles which was code deciphering based on symbols. The room itself had a moldy odor to it and felt too dimly lit. We started sneezing when we got inside and only stopped sneezing after leaving the room. Hints were on an iPad and the host could not give clues maybe due to language barrier. At one point felt very stuck.
