Another reviewer mentioned that this was like Disney created an escape room and that was a spot on description of this experience. Think ghost busters meets Disney. The set design was gorgeous and very immersive, the backstory, pre room video and gameplay was playful and humorous without being overly done and the soundtrack kept me wanting more. This WAS NOT an easy room though, we are enthusiasts and will refuse clues to our own detriment but as a team of 3 we barely escaped. This room is very linear and is NOT a one and done so keep that in mind, but the room builds upon itself. The tools that you use throughout the room are very unique and really add to the fun. They are building another room which should be done within the year and we will definitely be back, the lobby is very well designed and the whole environment is beautiful and welcoming.

This is a GREAT room especially for younger players, but keep in mind the puzzles aren’t easy. The environment is incredibly immersive and fun and playful and will be super fun for younger kids the puzzles will be way over their heads and will require adult brains. There are also a lot of puzzles so the longer play time will be necessary. This room made my top 10 it is immersive, whimsical, challenging, great puzzles and technology. The addition of the live actor was also cool and added to the difficulty of the room. Highly recommend.

WOW WOW WOW!! I can’t rave enough about this room. I LOVED everything. The set design was soooo immersive. Temperature, smells, puzzles, rooms within rooms, storyline, live actors. This room had it all. I felt like we were in the arctic, it snowed, it was cold, the puzzles are likely puzzles that would be encountered if you were on a real life expedition team in the arctic. The GMs clearly love their jobs because it shows in their performances and enthusiasm. I kinda wanna do this room again so I can just look around and enjoy all the hard work that went into creating it. Edited 3 weeks and 15+ games later and this continues to be my all time #1 room

This room makes my top 10 and probably even my top 5. I’ve never seen another room like this and it is soooo much fun. Lots of team communication and it’s a speed race to complete as many puzzles as possible. The environment is incredibly immersive and I felt like kid playing with my life size plastic kitchen on a HUGE scale. So whimsical and fun and you never knew what was gonna happen next. The only thing that ruined the experience was the lack of personalized customer experience that we observed throughout the day, we played 4 games back to back. You can read specifics about that under the rating breakdown “how were you treated” section of this review. The waiting room is also VERY loud.

My favorite of all the rooms. I usually HATE scary rooms and HATE live actors because I’m a GIANT CHICKEN…. This room was soooo immersive and the game show element made it fun. We requested a not scary version during our booking and I’m so glad we did cuz this room definitely has the potential to be super scary but I think it’s probably more in your head than truly “scary” because the set design was so well done it definitely added to the scare factor. There were soooo many elements to this room that made it great. Very active, incorporated ALL the body’s senses, it was funny and hard.

Exceptional!! Everything about this game and this company is exceptional. I’ve said it before it other reviews about this place. Think Disney or Universal Studios meets escape room. Absolutely mind blowing sooooooooo good.

I don’t normally write reviews but I will review with the emojis. This room deserves a review though. This is my new #1 top favorite room. Puzzles that I’ve never seen anywhere else and the storyline and progression was sooooo much fun. Sadly they will soon be closing the room permanently, so you must go before they do! ❤️❤️❤️

Today we played all the rooms at The Escape Ventures (back to back). This room would have been my #2 rated room, but the GM was kinda pushy and would give us the solution to a puzzle without us asking and without giving us adequate time to talk it through. He had just come on shift when we were due to start this game and we actually had started the game about 10 minutes late because he wasn’t there yet. He rushed through the intro and then rushed us through the room (I think he was trying to make up time, because the room was booked right after us by a different group). Anyways, back to the room. This room was REALLY well done and had some really cool puzzles. The atmosphere and set design was legit. I felt like I was in the quad outside a university and in the hallways of a school so set design and immersiveness=A+, technology=A, puzzles were challenging and some of them multi tiered =A+, that particular GM= C. All in all definitely got passing grades but fell short of my number 2 spot and placed 3rd for the day.

Gameplay

This is my #1 all time room. I have never seen this theme and never would have imagined anyone pulling off the immersiveness that this did. Everything was absolutely perfect

Atmosphere

I don’t want to spoil anything but WOW I actually felt like I was in the arctic. The room temp, the set design, the snow, the hangar just WOW WOW WOW

Customer service

Finnley aka Lawrence made this soooo much fun. This dude LOVES his job and it shows

Multiple rooms, great use of space, I’ve never seen this theme before and all of the puzzles made sense

Everything made sense, the codes, the story, the set design, the jokes so incredibly memorable

this is gonna be a difficult room if you have mobility issues. I’m sure they have work arounds for players with mobility issues but it will definitely take away from the room
