Neighborhood WatcherThe Escape Ventures - Orlando Waterford LakesEscape roomIRLIt felt like we were Stranger Things but there were no made up monsters, only real human ones 😦
Bros for Life: Fraternity HeistThe Escape Ventures - Orlando Waterford LakesEscape roomIRLBrought back all those memories of our pledging days! So refreshing to have a unique theme and fun puzzles as well. The best part is how immersive it all felt, like an actual college
The Tipsy TailorIntrepid Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLOur host, Cat, was amazing. She really made the story lively and fun! It’s definitely more of a room for puzzles rather than an adventure, which is great if that’s your goal. There’s a lot of puzzles they packed into the space. A mix of old school locks and magic!
Zoe: RebornEscapade GamesEscape roomIRLHonestly, it felt more like they were just physically abusing us, haha. I guess some people might find that scary but it was more annoying to me than fun or scary. Also, the puzzles weren’t really there. I’d say it’s more akin to a Haunt than an Escape Room.
The DepthsThe Escape Game - Rancho Cucamonga [prev. at San Bernardino]Escape roomIRLThe awesome finale made the whole thing experience! The middle part had some okay puzzles that we weren’t a fan of, lots of physical standard locks, but overall still a worthwhile experience. The staff here is great as well
Escape Operation: End Of DaysMission Escape GamesEscape roomIRLPros: Awesome kind staff and great location! Cons: It all works and is themed together but it doesn’t have a wow factor. We finished very fast as a small group. I’d suggest it to someone who hasn’t seen a lot of escape rooms. There’s nothing here you haven’t seen before many times.
Tomb Hunter: La Leyenda De Akasha [Tomb Hunter: Akasha´s Legend]Escape Barcelona - Baró LocationEscape roomIRLI’m surprised the mixed ratings because this is one of the best escape rooms I’ve ever done. Granted, I completed this 4 years ago and we were tourists to Barcelona so we don’t have many to compare to from that area. But compared to my local escape rooms, this was above and beyond what you can experience in the states. I loved the physical aspect and the scale. It truly felt like you were in a tomb with no exit to be found. From the start, there was no lobby and we were sucked into game. We loved that.
