School of MagicGame Over Escape Rooms - JacksonvilleEscape roomIRLWe started the room and within the first 10 minutes were asked to step out due to “technical difficulties” (I.e. they forgot to reset something). Once back in we picked up where we left off but definitely took away from the experience. Then in the second room, the door to the next room(which we were supposed to be trying to get open) was left open by staff. I quietly closed it so as to not ruin the experience further for the kids, but just very sloppy on the staff’s part, not resetting everything properly. The entire room is linear with everyone working on the same puzzle at one time which is frustrating in a larger group. There were only really 4 puzzles total in the whole thing and pretty easily solved. Not worth the money if you’ve done escape rooms before so I’d only recommend this to extreme beginners and younger kids .
