Jewel HeistRed Button EscapeEscape roomIRLExcellent escape room theming. The puzzles were thought out and well-connected, and teamwork and communication was key. There’s plenty to do, so you’re constantly engaged. We did with 3 people, but maybe 4-5 is more ideal. The bonus puzzle was a nice touch for those trying to achieve a little extra if you have time.
Gold RushMindTrap Escape Room - TemeculaEscape roomIRLGreat game. Fun with satisfying puzzles. Mostly first gen puzzles and locks, but it doesn’t take away from the experience that MindTrap is known for.
Treasure IslandBrain Games Escape RoomEscape roomIRLAmong top 5 of all time for me! Amazing set design. Unique puzzles. Good laughs. Excellent use of multiple rooms. Do it!
Hunting Dracula [Formerly "V"] - CLOSEDLocked AdventuresEscape roomIRLI recently had the chance to experience this Dracula-themed escape room and I must say, it was one of the better escape rooms I've ever been to! The level of attention to detail that went into every aspect of the experience was truly impressive. First off, the variety and number of puzzles in this escape room were outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were a variety of unique next generation tech-based puzzles, which added an extra layer of excitement and challenge to the game. This escape room was not just your standard lock-and-key game - it had much more to offer. The multi-room experience was fantastic, as every room had its own unique set of puzzles to solve. The way the space was used was also really clever - there was never a dull moment, and we were constantly moving and exploring new areas of the room. The pacing of the game was spot on, with just the right amount of tension and excitement to keep us on our toes. I also appreciated the fact that the Dracula theme was incorporated so well into the escape room without being over the top. There were coffins and vampire references throughout, but it wasn't overly scary or gory. The atmosphere was just spooky enough to add to the overall experience without being too intense. Overall, I highly recommend this escape room to anyone looking for a fun and challenging experience.
Atlantis: The Forgotten CityHypnotic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLFrom start to finish, the attention to detail was amazing. Also, the space was so large, allowing for a truly immersive experience. Speaking to the room designers before and after our game, it was clear that they were incredibly passionate about their work and had poured their hearts and souls into creating the best game possible. Every aspect of the room was thoughtfully designed, from the puzzles to the decor to the lighting, all working seamlessly together to create a fully immersive environment that truly transported us to another world. Difficulty was medium for our enthusiast group. If you're looking for an incredibly immersive and engaging experience that is truly a work of art, look no further!
Chinatown - CLOSEDQuicksand Escape GamesEscape roomIRLThis was an excellent room that makes good use of space. Theming was very good but not necessarily the highest production value that I’ve ever seen. Earlier generation room with mostly locks, but I still fully appreciate the care and detail put into this room! The puzzles were great and some challenging but still doable. I can see less experienced escapers struggling with some parts or needing hints. We had a group of 4 (which seems like a solid number) and escaped without hints in just under 50min.
The TreehouseConfusion EscapesEscape roomIRLAmazing set design. Linear and non-linear elements. You can tell the amount of passion put into this room. The quality really shows.
