It seems as when you’ve seen it all, they do something else that changes the game. One of my top games I’ve played! If you’re a big fan of the Wizard of Oz, this game stays true to the movie and keeps the heart it had. To be quite honest, this wasn’t really an escape room, but rather an ADVENTURE with puzzles attached! Hats off to the design team and 13th Hour.
Crazy Train: The Ballad of Skeemin' PlotzDoldrick's Escape RoomEscape roomIRLGenuinely, this room is easily one of my favorites. The storyline was charming, humorous, and had fantastic storytelling. (Also shoutout to the animator and media team, that was brilliant). The set design was absolutely superb, keeping that black+white animated movie theme. My group and I were laughing the entire time, it was SUCH a good time. Keep in mind, this room is slightly on the smaller side, so larger groups, I’d recommend checking out Spoopy Bones for a just as solid experience. Additionally, the use of tech in this room was SPECTACULAR. Kudos to the team on such an incredible room. Doldrick’s knocked it out of the park, and MAN can I not wait for Galactic Beef!!!!!
The Campground13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLAnother fantastic room by 13th Hour! Their rooms consistently knock it out of the park in terms of puzzles, atmosphere, and just overall fun! Had an absolutely wonderful time, and the theme was great. Just a warning, the room is VERY difficult, and while it was 90 minutes, you will be racing against the clock. We had a group of 6 really experienced players and just made it out! Be ready! If you haven’t played any of 13th hour’s rooms, I’d recommend another one, but afterwards, PLAY THIS ROOM!!!!

The story blends perfectly and makes for very eerie and fun adventure. Personal recommendation, do this as your last adventure here, and bring a bunch of people, too ! It’ll make the experience that much more enjoyable.

If you’re newer to escape rooms and have kids, this room is absolutely perfect. The puzzles flowed nicely and the set design was awesome. The theme was also very nicely incorporated throughout the room. Super fun. Totally go check these guys out! The owners are so passionate about what they do, and it totally shows with their rooms.
Frozen In Time: The Race To Save Christmas!PuzzleConnect Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis is the PERFECT Christmas room. We played this game 2 months after Christmas and still felt in the spirit. So much joy in this room. The puzzles were super fun, and well themed. Also some super unique puzzles! The prop and set design was stellar as well. As much as this room is so perfect for the Christmas season, it’s also a fantastic room overall. Go check out PuzzleConnect! Their rooms are truly wonderful and the owners are so incredibly kind.
Gold RushThe Escape Game - New JerseyEscape roomIRLPersonally this is one of my favorite games of this company, if not of all time! The pure craftsmanship of this room is just stunning. From the lighting, the music, the set, this room wasn’t just an escape room, it was theatrical adventure too. The puzzles, while relatively easy, were very enjoyable, particularly one toward the middle of the game. If you haven’t played a game with The Escape Game, or any escape room for that matter, this is a great starter room!
The Cookhouse13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLI genuinely enjoyed this room! Very spooky vibes, almost like you’re placed in the middle of a horror movie. I enjoyed how the story of the room unfolded! The sets are awesome (as always) and made logical sense. Another 13th Hour hit.
Gold RushOperation EscapeEscape roomIRLThis room was awesome! I felt like the puzzles flowed very nicely, the atmosphere was great, and the conclusion was a BLAST! My team of 2 worked out well for this room, but we probably could’ve used another person or two! However, there was one or two moments where I felt like we were almost “unsure” if we were able to do something, but it made sense later on. Apart from that, VERY nicely designed room! Had a blast. :)
