The DepthsThe Escape Game - Kansas CityEscape roomIRLA visually stunning room with a great mix of different types of puzzles. The puzzles all made sense to the storyline, and having additional video clips as the game went along really made you feel immersed in a mission.
Timeliner: Train Through TimeThe Escape Game - Kansas CityEscape roomIRLA whimsical and fun room--and as usual for TEG, visually stunning. The time travel aspect was implemented in a very clever way. The ticket delivery system, and the instant audio feedback for several of the puzzles were super impressive to me.

The RaidBreakout KC - River MarketEscape roomIRLGameplay had a lot of novel/interesting puzzles that I haven’t seen elsewhere. This room did a great job of using the live actor to enhance the experience and make things more intense.
The Dalton Plan - CLOSEDLocked ManhattanEscape roomIRLLocked Manhattan is a gem. Dalton's Plan is in the top two or three of all the escape games I've played. Our game guide was by far the best we have ever had. I've never had so much excitement completing a final puzzle as I have in Dalton's Plan.

We were working on the final puzzle for several minutes and lost. Our game guide came in and said that we just needed to do what we were doing, but hold it for a few seconds longer. I wish they could have just told us that during the game instead of letting time run out.

Terminator: Judgment Day - CLOSEDEscape Room Kansas City / Escape Room KCEscape roomIRLA few clever puzzles, but a lot of leaps in logic. The remote-controlled prop in the game did not work, as so many other people have said. The game guide also seemed a bit annoyed when asked clarifying questions.
