“Four special gemstones were stolen from Malta’s National Museum in the late 1800s. The prime suspect is the Degabriele family. Plenty of explorers have tried researching the Degabriele’s abandoned castle before but nobody ever emerged alive. It appears that the soul of Mr. Degabriele still surveilles the castle. Rumour has it that there is no way to escape unless the 4 gems are retrieved. You only have 60 minutes. Otherwise, you might end up like the previous explorers…”

We loved this room! The set design is excellent and the puzzles are fun and different (but very well integrated into the storyline). The room involves a lot of communication between team members - we did it with three but a bigger group would also be good! We’d highly recommend this to both first-timers and people (like us!) who have done rooms before. We liked it so much we immediately booked in for another room!

No expectations but for sure interesting following the rates in Morty, this was a really great adventure, and worked well even though we were only two. A story that followed a line and puzzles that followed the story. It was also amazing to see the different actions following the solutions. A great experience and we will be back for the other rooms in this location. Highly recommended to all.

We did really enjoy this room so much, one of my personal favourite rooms! Beforehand, we believed that it perhaps could be too difficult for us (especially since we only were two persons today). This is a room that i very much will recommend to others. We definitely want to come back, next time we visit Malta and play the other rooms at the same location.

One of my favourite games. Fantastic set and puzzles. Great theme. Good story. Great excitement. This room deserves all the awards!

The escape was very original, with new elements that were quite funny! It was also possible to escape as a 2 player team. Really recommend it, and the stuff was super nice!😁

What a fantastic room. Several clever, unique puzzles plus some really fun hands on activity. The flow was perfect with plenty to do but we just clicked with it all and we had a blast all the way through. Excellent hosting which was friendly and attentive so feel any level of players would be in safe hands. This location was a little out of the way for us but the online taxi services are really efficient and reasonable so if you only have time to do one room in Malta make it this one.
