Cabin 13

Small room and great for a team of 2-3. Puzzles and atmosphere were cool, but we mainly loved it because of the actor. He was amazing!

Are we bad friends? I think we’re bad friends. After ditching a couple friends (both literally and canonically) we entered Cabin 13. Spooky number! The design was pretty standard and the puzzles were pretty basic overall but flowed nicely. The real highlight of the room was the utilisation of a live actor (shoutout the amazing Geena) who has been “possessed” by a demon and goes back and forth between the friend you’ve left behind and the demon in their body. They remain in the room but are sequestered to a taped off corner of the experience allowing safe interaction (for both the staff member and players) and fun banter. It really adds to the experience whilst removing the more negative parts of other live actor experiences. Easily my favourite room at Escape Manor with one of the best uses of a live actor I’ve seen in a room.

THIRTEEN CABINS?? SERIOUSLY?? Probably my favourite room at Escape Manor in terms of experience and immersion and that’s all thanks to our wonderful live actor Geena who was so much fun to riff with all game. Cabin 13 felt like one of those rooms that could very easily fall into generic territory; spooky cabin, occult undertones, creepy dolls, you get the idea. But to have a possessed NPC operate as both friend and foe was such a clever choice and makes the room infinitely more enjoyable if that’s your type of thing. Could I tell you about the specifics of any of the puzzles? Not really. But could I tell you about story time with a creepy woman rocking in the corner? Absolutely. Exceptionally fun experience, live actors deserve more money. 7/10 🔏🧩

Highly recommend this room if you are looking for a challenging yet unique atmosphere. The GM was superB (Joshua?) - he made the experience fun and scary at the same time xd i love the puzzlesss - flowed well and connected to the story. We went as a group of 4 and thought it was a good size of group!

Highly recommend this room. Absolutely loved it! We really appreciate them making it child friendly for our daughter.

Actor/GM absolutely terrified me as well as entertained. Kept the atmosphere of the whole experience one to remember. Puzzles were you unique and didn’t stray too far from story line. The difficulty level also felt good for different ages and experience levels. Good fun!

One of the most unique escape rooms I have ever done! Puzzle flow was well done, and atmosphere was superb. Our actor was incredible and really helped set the tone of the room… I think I was scared more when they weren’t there…

This was an amazing and really fun room! It stood out from others and was different but super fun!
