Super Secret

Extremely cute room with a light hearted campy superhero theme and a coherent narrative! Puzzles were signaled clearly and all worked well. As others have noted, this is a very automated room without a live GM (except at very beginning and end of your game). I could totally see how that could be frustrating but personally I found that the room flowed very well and even had little built in audio cues to get you back on track. So I didn't miss the live GM element at all! Overall fairly easy room with fun interactivity. Very family friendly.

We played this on a recent trip to New Mexico and had a great time. The comic book theme really shines and makes you feel like you're exploring a superhero's secret lair. The puzzles fit the theme well, and there are some clever tech elements along with a few fun, lighthearted moments throughout. As escape room enthusiasts, we completed it as a team of two, but I'd say 3–4 players is probably the sweet spot. The space is used very well, with a good variety of puzzles that kept us engaged from start to finish. Overall, this is a fun, family-friendly room with a unique theme, solid puzzle design, and plenty of charm. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the Albuquerque area.

Love the animation and thought put into the whole room overall! A really fun one with no stress.

Probably the worst game here. The most frustrating part is the lack of assistance from “game masters” when you truly need it. They have a self guided system, which is good and all, but sometimes you need more. We literally had to leave the room and go find someone because waving our arms in front of cameras wasn’t working. I wanted to like this room but parts were extremely frustrating. Avoid this one and do one of the others.

A great room! We had a little sequence error but the game master was quick to help us correct it and we got the chance to solve the puzzle anyways.

This game left us mad. We don’t mind losing, but we do when it’s because we lost 15+ minutes on a tedious, overcomplicated laser puzzle, complete with 4 levels of agony. Our game master did little to nothing to help us, and then wouldn’t even take our picture at the end because she didn’t want to touch a phone… like what??? This was just a bad experience. Extremely disappointed.

Seemed like a great game but quite a few things didn't work and the gamemaster was not helpful and a little rude. We played every other game at this location, though, and that was our only negative experience. Our other gamemasters were great and the other games were up and running nicely.

Unfortunately a lot of things were broken in the room and it became very frustrating. :(

First time doing a room by myself. It’s difficult since you literally have to go back and forth to do puzzles since you don’t have another set of eyes or hands. Which was time consuming …. Super creative puzzles ! I didn’t finish. Only had one puzzle to do which had 4 components but surprisingly don’t feel too bad
