This place has a screen in the lobby showing other guests doing the escape room. This gives away most of the puzzles and ruins the experience. Additionally, the room walls are thin, and you can hear people speaking the codes out loud from the lobby. I asked the front desk if they were able to reset the code, and they were sympathetic but were not able to. Escape experience was low quality; many 3D printed parts that just don’t work very well.

Our room was missing some pieces that were necessary to escape. The staff had to come in to complete some puzzles.
