The Storykeeper

Amazing room! There were some cool sceneries and the puzzles were challenging but flowed very well. Very nice game master and we were treated well doing both rooms back to back.

Went to this room based on what we saw here. It did not disappoint. It was a great experience! The story and theming were amazing. You have Jak as your in room guide along with a helpful device to provide hints during play. The actor playing Jak was great, friendly, and stayed in perfect character throughout the game. The puzzles for the room were unique and varied. The theming for the whole experience was great and carried the story. Would definitely recommend this room if you’re in the area. The area has a great gelato place and other food options nearby as well.

I really enjoyed the immersion and set design of The Storykeeper! This was one of the most immersive escape rooms we did in Seattle. The live actor was new for me, felt a little nervous doing puzzles in the same room but they were super nice. The lanterns mentioned in a previous review did help with visibility.

Can't recommend this room enough! We only had time for one room on our visit to Seattle, and we're so glad we picked this one. A lot of thought and care went into this room... puzzle elements and storyline are very well done and it has great plot immersion. Live actor element is integrated wonderfully and their hint system is also done well, which was helpful since due to problematic travel and lack of sleep, our brains were not at all functioning at optimal puzzle level. Staff was incredibly friendly! If you're wondering if you should do this room, just do it. You won't be disappointed!

This is easily in my top two escape rooms. The live actor really adds to the immersion, and the focus on the narrative is woven throughout the game. All of the puzzles serve to further the story, unlike some rooms where that is an afterthought. If you're in the Seattle area and enjoy a good puzzle and storytelling, then this room is a must do.

Puzzles 🧩: 9/10 Set/Wow Factor ✨: 9/10 Story/Immersion 🔮: 10/10 Fun factor 🤘: 9/10 This room is of a newer generation and more focused on story telling without sacrificing the quality of puzzles. The room has actors and has excellent puzzles, superior immersion and much excellent set design (and many wow factors!) in their build. There were also some very fun props and cool hint system. We had a ton of fun with this room and found the puzzles very enjoyable. There were some traditional locks in this game but there were more high tech components. This room is definitely worth a play, especially if you enjoy a high quality immersive escape room.

An absolutely incredible experience.

Truly exceptional room, incredibly immersive (literally entering the story!) and incredibly fun. Awesome, high-tech effects, innovative puzzles (though some border on a little too challenging without the use of their provided iPad/hint system) and a fantastic set. Note that there is a live actor. Worth the high price. By far the best escape room I’ve done in Seattle.

One of my favorite rooms!! Extremely well put together. From the game play, the live actors, the storyline and the game flow. Highly recommend.
