Since we can have up to ten escape rooms being played at once, our Game Masters ask our groups to say their room name to avoid any confusion. Since we have three screens for cameras, it can be hard to tell who needs help just by looking at the cameras. Plus, when it's busy, we may not be stationed at the cameras, so we ask which puzzle you are working on to help clarify, so we do not give the wrong hint to your group. We hope this clears things up!
