Frightening visions have drawn you all to Celestia’s stately old house in the woods. You are in a lifeless forest, it’s dark and freezing cold. Celestia an enchantress and guardian of nature’s balance, is pleading for your help... You look up to the sky and see an eclipse is imminent - the vision is coming true. The house is empty, but you can hear her voice, an echo from far away. You learn that an evil sorcerer is casting the Eternal Darkness spell. Channelling the mystical energy from the eclipse, he is becoming more powerful with every passing minute. He is holding Celestia captive so that she can’t stop him - but you can! A moonstone with immense power is magically concealed within the house. You must find it and break the spell before the sorcerer becomes unstoppable, and the eclipse lasts forever...

Magic moonstone was a multilinear room with lots to look at and investigate. It was a very spacious room, making it really comfortable for us to divide and conquer. The aesthetics were also really well done, and the interior design was high quality making it immersive and on theme. The puzzles were all fairly guided, which made it easier for us, nonetheless a really enjoyable room. The only potential flaw was something that happened at the very end where one of the mechanisms was triggered a bit prematurely.

Completed this room with 4 people in under 35 mins. The room was very big and spacious which made it easier to explore the room and work on puzzles together. It was multilinear so we had plenty to do during the time. Really fitting puzzles and everything flowed well and made sense. Love the aesthetics of the room. Would highly recommend!

All of Eclipse's rooms have been amazing, and of all of them this is my favourite! Beautiful and immersive theming, with a fantastic witchy vibe. We were able to chat to the creator/owner after and learned all about how she commissions custom props from a local craftsman - and it shows! There is so much thought, love and dedication put into the development of this room and the result is a fantastic and memorable experience.

Our first experience at Eclipse. The spaciousness of the opening room gave us breathing room plus ample space in which to solve the puzzles. The decor and theming were fantastic. The props used in puzzle solving were quite thematic and very pleasing to work with. I understand that the larger space of this room can accommodate more people than most escape rooms, but I would recommend this to regular (2-6) sized groups as well. Larger group sizes would work for the team-building, but if you are the type of enthusiast who likes to have a hand in (or at least observe) all the puzzles then stick to your regular sized group.

Magic Moonstone is an extremely spacious room with a very family friendly theme. It has a good variety of puzzles and some fun magical moments.

This was our first escape room experience and we had a really great time! The room itself was huge and the props were of excellent quality. The puzzles were unique and fun, and atmosphere was highly immersive. The only downside to going to such a great escape room right off the bat is that it sets the bar too high. We look forward to returning to the Gold Coast to do their other rooms.
