We had alive actor that freaked us out and slowed us down but the room was awesome and the puzzles were difficult but not impossible. Highly recommend!!!

For years I poured my heart and soul into creating a video game; Retro Revenge, but no one wanted to play it. Instead, I was shunned, ridiculed, and scorned. So, I set up my basement and started making people play it. What a thrill to see the terror in their eyes, watching them tremble as they try to solve my devious puzzles. If they're smart enough to succeed, I return them to their mundane life. But for most, it is Game Over… forever. Now I am so famous that the press have given me a name - the Retro Killer! ... I see my new players have just woken up! Let the game begin...

We adored this room! Loved the creepy vibe and all the pop culture references and retro aesthetics that made clever use of the authentic old-school props. Great variety of puzzles too, ranging from traditional padlocks to mechanical, from low-tech to hi-tech. We opted for the "mild" version of the scary live actor but it still got us a couple of times! So much fun and a cool ending to boot — choose wisely!

The live actors managed to sneak up on us but tuned it down due to one of our members requesting it. Otherwise, they could’ve gotten us really good.

The retro theme was so cool we loved it brought me back to my childhood with amazing props and puzzles thoroughly enjoyed this room , perfect for young and old ☺️💕

The story and props used didn’t make sense but puzzles are good. Room was not soundproof and we could hear chatters and footsteps which was annoying. Room and gameplay was okay overall.
