A really strong room that does well with the sometimes questionable concept of a sub game. Every type of puzzle you can imagine is represented, and all puzzles flow quickly but also have strong aha! moments of synergy and a finale that was incredibly fun. Nay was an awesome game host as well and gave perfect clues that alleviated the enthusiast blind eye. Absolutely recommended.
A really nice blend of all the escape room puzzles you can think of. Every lock is clear and locks are only ever repeated once the other one is solved. A really cool use of props at multiple points, Finale was a fun sequence (no spoilers!) that used a really immersive setup and felt like a video game.
A killer set all the way down. Everything felt like it had its natural place within the game, and the various environments really worked to this game’s favor. The end sequence was also a perfect inclusion.
We had Nay and she is what I genuinely would call a perfect GM. Will give you hints to get you to look in the right place (even unprompted, but in a way that feels less intrusive and more like “what would a third person in the room say?”) but lets you solve the puzzle fully. That’s the exact way to do it in my book.

The idea of a submarine game is very overdone - however, the way this one was done was really nice and the end sequence is genuinely one of the most fun end sequences I’ve played.
Plot was simple in concept, but done really well immersion-wise. Great moments of continuing storyline and a nice end sequence that was fun, surprising, and made complete sense.
Medium
There is a lot to do - however, close reading lets you knock down everything with great speed. Good amount of variety in puzzles but nothing is too extreme - we needed a few clues but it boiled down to enthusiast blind eye and not reading, not over complicated procedures.
High tech
TEG always uses a lot of combo locks and keys - however, this one also had a strong amount of technology that felt very well integrated and all natural. The end sequence was a perfect moment that is ultra-tech.

This game is rather small - more than 4 and you will feel a bit cramped. The end sequence also works best with 2-4 players as then everyone has a clear role.
Not scary
Only slightly scary thing is if you have a fear of underwater unknowns. That + some (fake) preserved animals.

This is a perfect first escape room for kids. Height could be a small issue if they’re too short, but that’s fine

Light walking, with maybe a small note of crouching at certain times could be easier for small things. End sequence requires semi-precise timing - we did fine with two people.
This game requires reading a good amount - issues with small text, reading in low light, and reading in general be warned. Colors are directly used in one puzzle and as a byproduct in another. End sequence could be difficult with mobility issues with only 2 people if you don’t have a full wingspan.

In the American Dream Mall - park in Lot A and follow the bright red text once you get to the main concourse.

This room felt a little cramped for four people, but it was like you were in a submarine, right? Quality of the room was great. The Escape Game does an excellent job theming and that continues here. We did this room with a couple who had never done a room before, and it was a bit overwhelming for their first time, but as an experienced couple the room was very linear and the flow was easy to follow. Story was interesting, and just enough tech vs. mechanical for the puzzles to keep you involved.
The people at the desk were obviously overwhelmed and completely ignored us. If we didn't know how to check in on the tablet already, we wouldve been standing around wasting time.

The American Dream mall is enormous, and this can be hard to find if you don't have the map.

You have to park in one of the parking structures and you do have to pay for parking.

I hate submarine rooms, but this one wasn't bad! I felt the story was excellent, the puzzles were interesting, and the ending was super rewarding. The videos were a bit much, but otherwise the room was golden! Please enjoy it!!!!

Ohhh how we loved this room!! We were so lucky to be partnered with fellow Escape Room enthusiasts visiting for the Eras Tour! We were a fantastic team, and speedily charged through this room. This room was fabulous, as most Escape Game rooms are. Great theming, puzzles, and overall experience!
Fun and linear!
Really appreciated how well everything worked in this room.
Great service always at the Escape Game

This was a fun room, but pretty basic and easy. We ended up doing this with a family we didn’t know and we all had done plenty of escape rooms before which made it fun. We moved through very quickly and we all kind of took ownership of puzzles and got them done quickly and efficiently. I’m glad we did it and I think it’s perfect for a beginner escape room!

I'm so excited to do more rooms here. It was definitely the coolest room with special effects and very professionally done. I'm impressed. This room kept us busy and there was a lot to do and figure out.

This was actually my least favorite of the rooms I’ve played at The Escape Game. Obviously it’s still a very well done game with an awesome set, but there were various puzzles I felt were poorly designed/implemented. I think a bit of reorganization could go a long way.
