Creative puzzles, very fun and perfect difficulty. Not quite as well integrated as the Escape Game

The set design is less cohesive than The Bird. It’s meant to be that way because you’re traveling through portals, but that felt disappointing. However, the puzzles themselves are extremely creative and well executed. I thoroughly enjoyed solving them and that made the experience worthwhile. GM was upbeat and left a positive impression.

This escape room was incredibly fun, with a coherent storyline that kept us engaged from start to finish. The pacing was great, and the theme, inspired by Stranger Things, was really cool. Even if you’re not a fan of the show, you’ll still have a blast, but if you are familiar with the series, you’ll definitely catch some fun references and Easter eggs. The puzzles weren’t overly difficult, but they were enjoyable and well-designed, and the mechanics worked seamlessly. It was just the two of us, and we were able to finish with seven minutes to spare. This was actually the first room we did from this company, and it exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic choice for both newcomers and seasoned escape rooms enthusiasts alike.

I loved the atmosphere in this room! Very immersive. Puzzles were fun to solve. Not as hard as the bird room but probably my favorite theme.

This is probably Mysstic’s weakest room but it’s still above average in comparison to escape rooms at other places. Loved the Stranger Things theming. It’s quite easy difficulty-wise. There was one puzzle that we overthought and had a “duh, obviously” moment after asking for a hint. Parker ran our game today. She was awesome!

As others have noted, there’s some subtle/not so subtle Stranger Things theming woven into this experience, which is really fun. We enjoyed this room and only had a couple areas of minor confusion before we reached the last area. There are some super creative elements, especially inside the house. The last room is where we really struggled and got a little frustrated. This was through no fault of our GM, who did an awesome job trying to jump in to help. Of MyssTic’s three experiences, this one was my least favorite, but it’s absolutely worth doing if you’re there for either of their other rooms.

This was the final escape room at MyssTic that I hadn’t done and like the previous two, the set was absolutely incredible. Fully immersive room, with lots of opportunities to be surprised and delighted by the puzzles. There were a few puzzles that I enjoyed quite a bit less than others, but this room is really an excellent one so I have to give it a heart and a glowing review.

Absolutely loved this room. My daughter and I were not familiar with the stranger things franchise and it was not a problem. Puzzles were of easy to medium difficulty outside of one that took us a while to figure out (and for which we eventually needed a clue for). My daughter got a little spooked when entering one of the rooms but the game master was amazing and took her to the control room so show how everything was done and controlled. Then she came back and helped finish the room ☺️

most of the puzzles in this game, i had never seen before in other escape rooms. their originality made this game really awesome, and it’s great for stranger things fans like me 🤩

Really fun room. Legally distinct stranger things theme. The sets were engaging and unique. Very cinematic ending. When I played we accidentally skipped some steps towards the end but GM quickly helped us understand this error without detracting from game flow. A few times I wondered “is this really allowed?” and it was! I enjoy that out-of-the-box, boundary-pushing feeling 5/5
