We’ve asked you guys to meet here today because We heard you’re some of the best private investigators there are. The family that used to reside in this manor for hundreds of years recently fled the property and claimed it was cursed. Since We didn’t believe in that sort of thing We bought it from them for next to nothing. Turns out, they were telling the truth. We need you to find a way to connect with the dead and lift the curse on this property so We can sell it, if you do your job well, you guys will get a cut of the profit.

The room itself is very dark and definitely spooky. I had a member in my party who isn’t the biggest fan of scary (to put it lightly). We asked multiple times before going into the room if there will be jump scares and were told no. However, about half way through the game, the GM there that night banged so loudly on the door it made said party member cry and left a bruise from banging my arm on the table in the room. The puzzles were okay, we made it out, but some of them felt a little convoluted. Overall, a decent room, but the staff made us a little upset after clarifying that the spooky atmosphere was fine, but no extra scares and that blatantly not being listened to.

We were slow to start but then domino’d pretty smoothly through the rest of the game.

This room was spooky!! Not scary, just pretty dark and you had flashlights. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re afraid of the dark or dark themes, but I really enjoyed it! Played it back when you could play with other groups and we all were laughing and having a great time solving the puzzles. Would recommend!

One of the spookiest rooms I’ve done. No live actor but there’s screens and audio that make the room really unsettling. It also starts very dark so they’ll give you flashlights. Puzzles flow well beyond a tricky opening and is overall easy. The room itself will be your biggest barrier!

First puzzle was a bit tricky to get started but flowed well afterwards.
