The Tree of Life is dying, and only you can save it! Fantasy, whimsy, and a little bit of drama await both first-time players and experienced enthusiasts in Magic Kingdom Escape Room, which is a medium difficulty escape room game in Koreatown, LA that offers a spellbinding adventure to captivate both children and adults. You and your friends have been transported to an otherworldly land known as the Magic Kingdom, where a mysterious curse threatens the ancient Tree of Life! Sitting for eons at the heart of the Enchanted Forest, the Tree of Life is the source of all the magic in the world. While old and powerful, the tree isn’t immortal – its roots are nourished by the elemental water from a magic wishing well near the tree. Alas, an evil magic from an unknown source has descended upon the Magic Kingdom Escape Room, cursing the wishing well and causing the elemental water to run dry! You and your band of magicians are the only ones with the power to end the curse and save the tree before it withers away – but you only have one hour to do it! After 60 minutes, the tree will fade away, and the Magic Kingdom will be lost! Get ready to embrace your inner child, and work together to recover the three elemental wands whose power you’ll need to save the tree. Along the way, you’ll enlist the help of a colorful cast of magical creatures, including fairies, a jackalope, and a talking mouse who will guide you in your quest. Who knows, maybe the friendly giant will even wake up long enough to lend a hand! Located in the heart of Koreatown, Maze Rooms on S. This Maze Rooms location has multiple of the worst rooms we’ve done. This room along with Abyss are particularly terrible. MULTIPLE broken objects and puzzles stopped us from moving forward in this highly linear room. The GM did not catch this and we ended up struggling until asking for hint revealed we had already solved a puzzle. This happened THREE different times. Even if many of the puzzles operated correctly, they made very little sense in the first place. There was little indication of correctly solved puzzles and doors would silently open with no indication of where. Along with broken puzzles, this room not only has very bad fit and finish from when it was originally but also has plenty of signs of wear. 3/10. Would not recommend.

This escape room was fun! Huge shoutout to our amazing Game Master, Bargas! We made our great escape with tons of time to spare. I would say this room is easy, If you’re new to escape rooms, this is the one to try! Go, Team Mana! 🎉🗝️🔍

Really enjoyed the room. There are a few moments when the clues / direction of the next steps isn’t very clear but great otherwise!

Fun game, likely good for kids too, and the game master (Miriam) was great.

Maze Rooms are always reliable. We tried "Magic Kingdom" and while the name reminded me of a famous mouse 🐭, it was more about fantasy. Using wands and powers was awesome! The puzzles were creative, but they could use some TLC. A few puzzles were tricky, not because they were hard, but because they didn’t work perfectly unless we were more forceful—kind of frustrating. The atmosphere was really nice! With a bit more decoration, this room could easily be one of the best. Mig, our GM, was great! We had a group of 3 and finished it with no problems. 👍

Things just didn’t work the way they were supposed to. Our GM had to help us out more than we needed because multiple parts just didn’t work. Maze Room employees are consistently great in my experience, but this room was a bust for us.

Magic Kingdom, not to be confused with anything related to Disney, was whimsical and cute! The sets felt a little old, though. Also, the flow sometimes didn’t make sense. I couldn’t always tell when something opened or why something happened until I asked our awesome GM Bagas questions about the room. There’s also a surprisingly very inaccessible part that might be tough for those with limited mobility, and may be hard for even those who are healthy and mobile. I made a leap of faith, but it was still unusual, though I think kids should love it. The magic effects and color design were great! I love how colorful and fairylike the world is. It’s exactly my kind of fantasy vibe. This room may not be part of the house of mouse, but it’s a fun one inspired by fairy tale and high fantasy!

I enjoyed the puzzles and elements of this room that made me feel like I was truly using magic. Considering this was done at the start of my escape room journey, I think it would be a fair introduction to beginner players.
