It happened as it had to: The prototype was stolen. Illuminati Escape found out that the computer must be in Omsk. Supposedly there is only a computer shop there, but there is definitely more to it. A high-tech laboratory is required to operate the quantum computer. The Illuminati fled when they heard your helicopter. But that doesn't solve your problem, because the computer keeps working.
