Runaway Train

I really enjoyed this room and it really shows that the Breakout Games are becoming better as time goes along. I liked the story of the runaway train with a bomb aboard. Nothing like a little adrenaline rush to kick the day off to a good start. The set was definitely on the high end. It had a nice mix of luxury passenger car and the sleek mechanics of the engine room. The scenery rushing past the windows made for a nice touch and added to the feel of being on a moving vehicle. The puzzles were fun and just the perfect degree of difficulty for our group. I especially enjoyed the fact that there was a nice spacial awareness puzzle. All in all this was a great room and one of the best of the series.

Unfortunately the best part of this game was the set. The room didnt flow well. One of the clues we had to use was to find an object hidden in the room we didnt know we needed because nothing indicated it. Not my favorite overall.

Employee was wearing sweat pants and a noncompany sweatshirt. Burped with his mouth open when talking to us. Brought us into the room noticed a reset error, we left the room and came back our game started and something else was open that was clearly supposed to be reset. Overall 3/10 experience do not recommend this room or location to others.

The set was well decorated and the elements were in theme. The puzzles didn’t feel like they had a logical flow. A couple things weren’t working properly. Just overall not my favorite as far as play.

I liked the interactive elements of the game. Lots of math in this game.
