Great game and great company. Immersive, very few traditional locks, more solve the puzzle and something pops open. Very friendly Gamemaster.

DEFINITE HEART. WOW. What a room! I absolutely loved the puzzles! There were lines and non linear elements and lots to do for everyone. Everything was so high tech and you can really tell so much went into the room design. The DETAILS DETAILS DETAILS. So much to see, explore, do, and even some more challenging puzzles (more so bc we didn’t have a pen and paper tbh so memory played a bigger element). Great room! A must do in Reno. Also I have to shoutout Maxwell for the best escape room rules intro I’ve ever seen πŸ”₯

Played Dragon Alley this time and RJ was our GM. She was absolutely FANTASTIC. Can’t say enough good things. Now the room - definitely had some challenging puzzles but the overall atmosphere and quality was amazing as always. Can’t wait for you guys to open up another room!

This was definitely one of the best escape rooms I’ve done and I’ve done over 50 (stopped counting). From the moment we got there everything was done well. β€œKeys” our host was in character from the moment we got there, the room design and decoration was excellent. Puzzles and interaction very well done. It was listed as hard and you have to think, but still very solvable. Most important was a lot of fun. Highly recommend Dragon Ally, next time we are in town we will do there other room Blood of the Original and hopefully the new one they are making will be done when we come back.

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

The character interaction made the game more interesting and fun

Story

Story was good, fairly straight forward but well presented

Difficulty

Hard

I don’t feel they were very hard compared to others I’ve done but there was a lot to solve which is why I listed as hard.

Game tech

Mechanical

Hard to answer since there was plenty of interaction that used high tech electronics but it felt more mechanical

Ideal number of players

We did it with 3 but I think 4 would have been better. Lots to solve and several that required at least two people but more than 4 might have been more challenging.

Not so much in the sense that someone was in the room but there was a character interaction that was live in a way that is more than just taking over an intercom.

This a very cute escape room. The puzzles were doable and flowed pretty well. I do think there were some red herrings that kind of confused us, I think due to the fact that there are multiple ways to escape the room (according to the GM we talked to). We definitely over thought a lot of puzzles just because we were thinking of other rooms. Overall definitely still enjoyable but I do think there are some elements that could use a bit more clarity.

One of the best escape rooms I’ve done in Reno! The production quality was high, the set design was immersive, and the puzzles were engaging without feeling repetitive. I loved that the room used a variety of tangible, hands-on elements instead of relying only on locks. The clues were helpful and nudged us in the right direction when we needed them. Our game master also made the experience even better. They were fun, energetic, and incredibly talented with fire, which added a memorable touch to the atmosphere and story. I think this room is best suited for players who have done a few escape rooms before. There are a lot of different puzzles you can work on at the same time, so it might feel overwhelming or too time-tight for just two people. Our group of four felt like the perfect size to split up and tackle multiple puzzles at once. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Dragon Alley to others, especially if you enjoy creative puzzles and well-designed rooms.

Pretty fun puzzles, which could mostly be done in parallel for two groups. A couple puzzle types that I don't generally enjoy (memory recall, searching for physical items, lights out), but also a few types of puzzles I haven't seen done before.

Dragon Alley is my favorite game in Reno. Solid set, design and puzzles. Great sound effects, lighting and feedback. The staff here go above and beyond, highly recommend both games at Keystone!!
