Too many key locks were used, and the room lacked a good flow. Several puzzles didn't work properly, and game play was delayed because we had to wait to be told when items opened. When we asked for clarification, we waited excessively long for Alex to respond. We even had to ask the same question multiple times because he kept cutting off the microphone before he finished speaking. It is unfortunate because the room has potential, but it was dirty and the props were worn out. We would not recommend this experience in its current state, though we might consider returning if they completely redid the room.
