Podunk

Before we entered we were outfitted with uniforms and gear that raised by exciting level up a few notches! Unfortunately, the room itself didn't quite live up to the expectations. It was by no means a bad room but it didn't thrill me like many of the other rooms here. I am not the biggest fan of futuristic/steampunk styled rooms so I will chalk it up to that. The set was great and really gave the nihilistic vibe for the story. The puzzles were good and fit the theme but some of them felt like retreads of things I had seen before in other rooms. My other teammates liked it better than I did so I will say the blame falls to me. Check it out and let me know what your thoughts are on Podunk.

Would recommend the venue, but not this specific room. The puzzles themselves were great (as was our game master), but know that you will be working in the pitch black for nearly the entirety of be experience. There is no ambient lighting -- it is DARK. We tripped a couple times and bumped into each other plenty. Some of the puzzles were not super intuitive and required very specific hints. Check out some of the other rooms at this place first.

Very dark, tricky to get started. Multiple rooms, great clues after the first room.

Challenging room for 3. Very dark room so that adds challenge. Great theming and fun story. Very nice room. Will come again for others.

The room is definitely spooky- almost entirely in darkness and some creepy elements in the room. More struggling to find things in darkness than I would have preferred. Some puzzles were very satisfying. Very in theme. Wonderful GMs.

Some unique puzzles and good flow to the room. Definitely a little dark but fun .

Great doomsday room. Super immersive

The design of this room is one of my favorites so far. I really dislike when rooms tell you to use your cell phone light, and that was not an issue here. Everything you needed was well integrated into the experience. Aside from a couple of technical mishaps this room really delivered. There was a good mix of searching and puzzling.

This room was a labor of love for the owners. The room contains many personal touches from their time serving and makes it even more special! Highly recommended this game if you can make it to the bunker before the flare hit earth!
