The Family Curse

This is definitely Brainstorms best room! The theming was fun. Getting to see what our Auntie was getting up to in her spare time was enjoyable. The puzzles seemed to flow well, my partner and I both had things we could be doing at separately which helped us fly through each room while having our own fun. The last room was exciting and interesting . The definitely put a lot of work and thought into this one and it was a good time! Something i really enjoyed about this company was that they take a polaroid for you to take home! Just a nice little touch that made our experience better.

This is one of those, “Grandma/Auntie, what are you up to?” type rooms. It ramps up in an unintentionally hilarious way, and I unironically enjoyed this room because of it. Good variety of brain teasers and challenges. Fun for the whole cursed family!

This was our first room at the Brainstorm Escape. The room was very well themed and different puzzles without. Lots of fun details in the room. Enough puzzles for different people to be working on at the same time.

Rating: 3/5 Decent room, overall I had a good time but it definitely feels like an older gen room as there are a lot of padlocks with only a bit of tech. Puzzles were fine, though 1-2 were frustrating for our team. I enjoyed the progression of the room with new areas to discover and a lot of the cute knick knacks. Difficulty might be a bit harder for beginners but our team of 3 experienced enthusiasts made it through with around 15 min to spare and only 1 clue used.

I love this game, there were multiple rooms and the puzzles were decently difficult. I would recommend this game to everyone. I loved it!
