Ghost Light

It was fun and cute. Not hard. We finished with two people. good puzzles. just the last puzzle takes awhile.

An absolute gem of a room! Did it as two person and had a blast. As someone with a negative tolerance for scares, I was a little nervous but the story is not scary at all and a really lovely usage of the ghost story motif. The atmosphere and location of the room was top notch and there were some really unique puzzles and mechanics in the room. A really unique room that was so beautifully themed (highly recommend).

9/10 After playing Ghost Light, it is no surprise why Myss Tic is such a highly recommended location in New York. Ghost Light took us on a journey that we can only describe as beautiful. They put a unique twist on a typical “ghost-theme” and made a story that will please almost anyone! The mission was clear and the journey through the room along with the puzzles fit in so well with the story. The details in this room put you right on set and make you feel as though you are about to make your broadway debut. There is one puzzle that uses smell and the scents are very strong, so if anyone is sensitive to strong scents here is your warning! But wow…. The ending of Ghost Light really stood out and we absolutely loved everything that was done in order to finish this room. After 87 games played, Ghost Light makes our top 5 games and we can’t recommend it enough! Break a leg!

A wonderful experience. It blended the theme and the puzzles in one of the best combo I've done. A delightfully thematic experience.

THIS ROOM IS SO FUN! I love the vibe in here and the set design is super, super cool. Not scary at all (I am a certified scaredy cat) and the puzzles are very fun. Highly recommend to enthusiasts. We did not have an issue with 2 people but we definitely finished with probably a minute or 2 left.

A really cool and unique room. The set and the puzzles were solid. Where this room really excelled was the story, one of the most unique that we've played. If you're looking for a room in NYC, this one would be my recommendation.

I really liked the theme and atmosphere for this room. It was one of the first rooms I've done where it seemed like the game master was manually unlocking a lot of the puzzles (remotely) after verifying we had finished. It allowed for some cool puzzles/challenges that would be hard to build mechanically.

Did this room with my boyfriend and we both loved it!! The atmosphere and effects are where it really stands out. Puzzles are fun and satisfying but not too difficult. I do wish there was a little more or it was a little harder because we got out as a team of two in 40 minutes with no help. But it was a blast nonetheless so really nothing to complain about!

Mesmerizing, enchanting, and astonishing. I was thinking about Ghost Light long after finishing the room. I was entranced by the set, and moved by the finale. The fact that it’s based on an actual ghost story in Broadway makes it even more thought-provoking. We spent at least 10 minutes doing a pointless task, and I don’t even regret it because it enhanced the finale. Thanks to our excellent GM for eventually telling us what we had to actually do to finish the room! The room is spooky because of the nature of the ghost story, but it’s not at all scary. One of the best NY has to offer! Don’t miss it!
