3 escape rooms
Overall the only reason I enjoyed this escape room solely because of the fact that I love planes. I didn’t like how the theme was not translated well through the puzzles and story. It was like you were on a plane but nothing else you were doing was related. Additionally, with all the malfunctions within the puzzles I found my group and myself getting frustrated with the tech we had to handle. Without the malfunctions and broken puzzles we definitely would’ve been able to escape faster.
Gameplay
Most of the clues felt random and there wasn’t a clear story line but everything was generally on theme. Many of the electronic/higher tech puzzles were broken and/or didn’t operate properly causing us to have to repeat puzzles we already solved correctly. The last puzzle took us 10 minutes after we solved it for the tech to recognize we solved it.
Atmosphere
The room was created using real plane parts which was a nice touch.
Customer service
Overall the staff was nice however our clue master was unhelpful when the puzzles broke.

Story
Difficulty
Hard
I’m rating this puzzle hard because you have to repeat puzzles after solving them because many are broken. When the puzzles don’t work originally we would think we solved it wrong when in actuality it was the game that was broken.

Ideal number of players
6
I don’t think more than 6 people would enjoy this room. We had 5 and not everyone was able to participate because there wasn’t enough stuff to do. However one part of the game needs 3 people so I recommend having at least 3 even though the website allows you to book with 2.

This game was not scary and I think it would be appropriate for kids— especially those that are highly interested in aviation!
