Fun room, lots of unique puzzles and slightly higher difficulty. Room was well done and game master (Echo) was super helpful and sweet. Flow was good and things made sense for the most part, however had a couple issues with the mechanical elements. Overall we enjoyed it! We're definitely fans of Escape Tactic - great sized rooms, you never feel like they skimped on space, decor, theme, or staff. Great fun, great job!

The escape room was just "ok," showing its age with a musty smell and several broken elements (based on the reviews it's been broken for at least a year), likely one of their first rooms. Interaction with the GM was disappointing as they seemed inattentive, often asking if we had completed certain steps rather than providing useful guidance. Despite multiple visits hoping for a better experience, each room I've tried here has left me underwhelmed and disappointed again.

One of the puzzles was broken. The timer in the final room was broken, didn't display the time. GM told us "sometimes that doesn't work so you need to look at the one in the front"

So fun! This was one of the few rooms weβve done with other people but we all worked well together to get out! We picked a leader and worked on different puzzle Alex was our game master and he was great!

Got to the final puzzle and then head the voice of god come over the intercom and say βthatβs the last puzzle, itβs broken, yβall won. Iβll be there in a secondβ. Super anticlimactic and disappointing.
