Easy room that's pretty spooky. Maybe a touch scary. Ok number and quality of puzzles. Fun most of the time, sometimes meh.

Spooky vibes on point. If you’re here for that aspect then it’s a solid experience. Puzzles themselves weren’t too complicated. The main issue here is everything’s really old and the GM we had.

The room fun fun and scary. Super dark but that was the point. As we figured puzzles out more light became available. A couple of mechanisms needed a little extra push to work but all in all it was a fun room.

This game was so busted. Nothing worked, we don't know what solved what, because the reaction time of the automation was so delayed. The final key didn't even work because someone broke it in a previous game. Don't spend your money on this one.

We had an amazing time at Amityville yesterday! As a Long Island-born gal, I always jump at the chance to see any Amityville movies or attractions, and this one did not disappoint! While the room was fairly easy for us, it was still very enjoyable and had great ambiance. A number of reviews mention the low light conditions, but we felt that it was very well executed, with just enough light to keep the environment spooky but still explorable. If you struggle in low-light environments, this may not be for you, but if you like a spooky escape room and don't mind low light, you'll love Amityville!

Room is very very dark and has many tripping hazards

The theme of the room was spooky and the set design was great but a lot of the puzzles felt old and clunky. One puzzle wasn’t working and we got stuck on it longer than we should have. I think this room needs to be updated in order to be as exciting as it once was.

Some of the mechanics weren't working, which was frustrating. We could have solved one puzzle much faster, but when we asked for a clue we were told to "just keep turning the key, it'll click eventually." I think some of the mechanics were down or just didn't trigger, so finding the last object felt random. Room needs some TLC, but the GM was nice.

Had some serious scary moments. They were predictable, but still effective somehow! There was an element that was missing, but our GM handled it beautifully and we still made it out with time to spare! My piece of advice would be to volunteer as tribute!

Did this room with my girlfriend. Haven’t done many horror themed rooms. No issues with anything in the room, the puzzles weren’t too difficult to solve with the exception of one for us. It’s definitely dark in there so if you have a fear of the darkness then you may feel uneasy during this experience. Overall a solid room to do at this location along with Houdini and Hyde Circus. I recommend no more than 3 people for all these rooms
