We enjoyed the game. And with two we got out with 10+ minutes to spare. But I didn’t really love most of the puzzles. We did this one after The Depths (which we absolutely loved), so it was a little bit of a downer.

Hard
I feel like it was a little unnecessarily hard, like we would waste time trying to solve something when it wasn’t clear we didn’t have all the pieces.

We have done a lot of rooms with this company and this is our least favorite. We spent a lot of time on something that was apparently the very last puzzle which was SUPER unclear since it’s like on of the first things you see in the room. A lot of pieces were broken or too faded to read and we were super frustrated. Love the company but not this room.
Most of the things that were supposed to be cool were broken and then didn’t work

Hard only because you spend so much time trying to solve something that is apparently only for the ending and too much was broken

Not at all
This is one of the few rooms at this company that is all one level despite having multiple rooms. It would be wheel chair friendly.

In a company where their rooms all look a step above in terms of spectacle, quality, and technology, you can definitely tell that this is the Escape Game's oldest room - according to the manager of this location. While games like Timeliner and Depths have a lot more visually impressive technology and puzzles that are similarly more advanced in that regard, Heist feels more lock and key and traditional - although it does still have a lot of really neat puzzles and technology pieces. Some of the puzzles were tricker than others and a lot of things are hiding in plain sight in unique ways not often seen with other companies. My one friend and I managed to get out with just nine seconds remaining, which was a great thrill! Although it wasn't my favorite theme or game with the company, it was still very well made and tons of fun. Out of the 19 escape rooms I've played at the time of writing, this one ranks 9th.

Solid room with good puzzles and a good set. Not quite as good as their other rooms but still a cut above the average escape room.
