You’re the new recruits the guys plucked from the city, to accompany the transport containing a cure for the zombie outbreak, right? …right? Well, it’s fine if you’re not competent. Your one job is to guard the ingredients and the cure synthesiser with your life like the cannon fodder… uh, brave survivors, that you are! It should be an easy first mission, all you need to do is hop into the transport and ensure everything gets to the outpost. You’ll probably be in the 0.05% of rookies who return. Just don’t get infected along the way, and you should be just fine*. *The team makes zero promises about this. Join us on an absurdist horror romp through a post-apocalyptic world. Why not laugh in the face of infectious spores, and zombies who want to eat your face? This is also a great introduction to escape rooms for new players, as a linear game with a focus on more traditional puzzles. This game was created in collaboration with Brodie Fairall and with assistance from Logan Skiles. Voices by Brodie Fairall, Simon Arthur, Bill Sunderland, Leanne Yong, Aaron Hooper.

Loved the theme and the room. Next Level Escape rooms are always great with your game host in full theme. Chris was our commanding officer and had a great mo to boot. A few unique functions to find clues we hadn't seen before, and quite a lot of communication back to the host through the game was needed which was interesting to have this, normally you only talk to the host when there is a problem or you get stuck.

End of the Road offers a clever, comedic twist on the traditional zombie apocalypse theme, placing players in the role of rookie guards transporting a cure within a convincingly designed transport vehicle set. The 75-minute gameplay features a strictly linear flow heavily focused on traditional, tactile puzzles with clear logic and signposting, ensuring a smooth mechanical progression without frustrating bottlenecks. While there is a brief team separation mechanic, players remain visible to each other, allowing for seamless communication. A major highlight is the Game Master's in-character integration, providing both guidance and humor that actively elevates the absurdist narrative. Overall, it’s a cohesive, well-constructed room that perfectly balances satisfying puzzle mechanics with engaging interactive roleplay, making it highly recommended for groups looking for a strongly themed, lighthearted adventure.

Loved this game! Set design was great. Great use of limited space for this one. Team got separated for a short while but was still visible to each other. That was the best part. The GM was fantastic (Zac)! Highly recommend.

Fun experience, escaped very quickly, didn’t find the puzzles difficult enough to really feel satisfied. Would recommend this if you’d like an easier room with a fun narrative.

Great room. Tongue in cheek humour with great theming and buy in from the game master. Puzzles were complicated enough to be a challenge but intuitive enough that the room can flow
