The Sherlock Home

There are so many good things to say about this absolutely unique experience. The size of the home and its intricate attention to detail while remaining a functional Airbnb is stunning. The hosts were fantastic, leaving bits of snacks, games, rewards and a lot of necessities for a stay around the home. The home itself was super cozy, spacious and just a lovely atmosphere. As for the puzzles themselves, there was a healthy mix of intricate logic puzzles and deep exploring throughout the home. Be prepared to search, as a number of puzzle elements are scattered throughout the home while blending in with the decor. Overall, there were a number of unique puzzles and mechanisms that we haven't seen before, which kept us thrilled the whole way while fitting perfectly in theme. A number of easter eggs too! As a group of two who spent the entire evening throughout the house with a dinner break, the one night was a perfect stay for us (around 6 hours of search and solve). The puzzles can definitely progress quicker with a larger group to scour the home, but we had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

First this is not a place to bring kids. They are welcome for sure but small kids will be bored. That was our mistake. However this game is well thought out. There were a couple moments of “how would we know to go there next” but once you get passed that, the game is very well done. A lot of fun. If you are looking for a get away with several hours of an escape room feel that you can take your time, this place can’t be beat.

From the moment we walked in, we were fully transported into the world of Sherlock Holmes. The atmosphere and decor were absolutely on point and really set the tone for the entire experience. The puzzles were exactly what you’d hope for in a Sherlock themed experience. Nothing felt basic. Everything required real thought, observation, and teamwork. We had a late start to our one night stay there but we were determined to finish everything before check out, and we did! It felt super satisfying. Thanks to our hosts, Tammy and Ken. They were super welcoming and thoughtful. If you’re into escape rooms, this is absolutely a must do. Especially if you’re in Texas, this needs to be on your list.

My family and I had an unforgettable amazing experience in playing the one of a kind highest rating room. All of the details, including puzzles, were fantastic with everything that we freely able to solve with our time. I definitely highly recommend everyone who are very interested in at home escape room overnight experience.

An elementary good time! We had the house to ourselves and were blown away by the decorations and details everywhere you look. Such a fun, immersive, and unique place to stay. We loved every minute!

As all the reviews say, there isn't anything else like it. Our family did it once for my son's birthday, and then we did it again for my birthday about a year later. So, so well done, and the hosts add personal touches to your experience that make it so much fun. It will be the experience against which you compare all other escape rooms!

Holy smokes! This place is really something special. We traveled from California just to do it and were not disappointed! So many great puzzles and a wonderful feel to the whole place. Super hosts that even left snacks because they know puzzle solving is hungry work.

Absolutely phenomenal! This is one of the best escape game experiences EVER. I loved every minute and would totally do it again. Magical, thoughtful and so immersive. I loved working all the puzzles with no time limit. This was very well thought-out. So very cool.
