A very enjoyable Cabin game, with absolutely appropriately themed and clues puzzles. I enjoyed the tiny surprise elements that could have been scary in a dimmer environment, but didn't venture there. All the set pieces and props are very "real world" and added to the authenticity of the decor. There are a few very clever puzzles that were incredibly satisfying to do. I think onboarding could be more intimate, immersive and requesting a clue involves taking yourself out of the storyline. There is opportunity to improve in that section while still keeping the stellar customer service we received.
Gameplay
For a place with so many locks, it was nicely clued with a flow that kept us solving. One place we often stumble is right at the very start of a game, but this one started off very strong, which helped us get and keep some momentum.
Atmosphere
There is room for improvement here with use of ambient noise, sounds or background music. Noise from other rooms was heard too much. Even sound feedback (maybe a owl hoot? Or a grandfather clock sound?) added for solve feedback would be delightful.

Two small jump scare instances, but nothing anxiety inducing. A pleasant sense of suspense.
