Bella’s Doll was an absolutely incredible and thrilling escape room experience from start to finish. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between eerie and fun, creating a spooky sense of suspense without ever feeling overwhelming. Every puzzle was thoughtfully designed—creative, engaging, and challenging in just the right way, encouraging teamwork and critical thinking without becoming frustrating. The attention to detail throughout the room was outstanding and truly brought the story to life, making the entire experience feel immersive and realistic. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which added even more to the overall enjoyment. I would highly recommend Bella’s Doll to anyone who loves a great combination of suspense, mystery, and problem-solving. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying the other rooms!

Nice pace in Markham ,I think this is one of the best story-driven escape games I've ever played. Although there aren’t a huge number of rooms, the story and puzzles are tightly woven, and there's something to do every second. After we escaped, the staff even shared a cool little story — it was such a fun extra touch!

After a very subpar experience at their North York location, this room was surprisingly good. A lot of the major concerns I had about their “Inspiration” room (the video, the lighting, tech, etc) were all done properly in this space to tell an equally compelling and complex story. The use of tech was fun and helped the creepy vibe of the space, lighting was used really effectively to direct attention without the classic frustration of low-level lighting a lot of dark rooms have, the puzzles were reasonable, the narrative video was interesting etc etc. I’d give this place a second go next time I’m in the area.
