Great room and definitely recommend playing with the option for actor. Scare factor was awesome. Puzzles weren't maybe quite as good as their other rooms, but still loved it overall.

Completely Terrifying. This room is super fun for horror fans or someone who likes haunted houses and escape rooms.

The scary atmosphere is hard to match! This is one of those rooms where the sets, with its rustiness, and pure darkness create a scare factor of its own. There is a live actor that produces the majority of the jump scares. But you can request to not have the live actor, which takes a bit of that tension away. The setting is excellent, and the puzzles are mostly fine. Much of the room is testing if you can see in the dark, and for us, that answer is no. The room would probably be super easy with actual lighting and more than 1 flashlight, but that’s obviously not the vibe here. It doesn’t help that there are multiple of the same types of locks, and it’s never clear what goes where. Bottom line is, you’re here for the scares and the spooky hospital atmosphere. The puzzles are automatically harder if you are too scared to do them. If you’re into that, then this is an excellent place for it! Just don’t make a mistake or you’ll have to get an unwanted checkup from the bad doc!

Very immersive. Really made it feel like you were in a haunted medical facility. Where you find your solution is not always in the same area where you apply that solution. Seems like no longer used props and buttons were left in the room that caused some confusion with our game. Ending felt a little bit abrupt and lackluster. Worth a play if you are already there but their other rooms are better. Note: they make you lock up your phone in a locker outside of the room. They don’t allow phone use at all in any of their other rooms either.

We had a blast with this room. To get the full experience you have to go with the live actor, don't wimp out and go without. The actor really makes the room. The set design was great and the theme was on point. You can tell the owners love the haunted house industry and it comes through with this room. The puzzles were not difficult, but I think that is on purpose due to the actor keeping everyone on edge. At some points it was difficult to concentrate on the puzzle due to having to look over your shoulder the whole time. I think this is a great game for anyone who loves horror, and the haunt scene.
