Cryptic Conspiracy is this location's easiest room, rated by them at a 4 out of 10. I would agree with this, as our group of two finished in 31 minutes. Despite this, it was still full of charm and we had a great time. One thing I really appreciate about this room is the use of puzzles that when completed, require the GM to trigger something. It feels more "hands on" which some companies have been saying away from. I think there is such appeal in knowing the GM is being so attentive. After taking assessment of the initial room, we were off, moving from puzzle to puzzle at a clip that made us feel clever and confident. Starting with an intuitive, moderate puzzle is always a great way to boost the confidence of any players. This room was good fun, and I'm glad we played it.
Gameplay
Smooth, smooth, smooth...not necessarily linear, per se, but we found ourselves cleanly moving from task to task and rarely needing to ask ourselves "now what?"
Atmosphere
Good, but not flashy. I appreciate that they used wall murals to give some extra depth to walls. I would have loved to see some "rubble" in one of the areas, but I understand that it would require telling players "rubble is just for decoration" or something like that.
Customer service
Daniel was delightful and open to answering questions. It's great to see young entrepreneurs (having been one myself many years ago) taking pride in ownership and also thinking ahead about how to grow and improve. Wishing him and his partner good luck for the future.

It's hard to judge this, but we were a group of two and found it possible to experience all puzzles together...but we are also fairly experienced...so newer players might appreciate more eyes/hands.
