Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! Your friends can't believe you bought it sight unseen, let alone the fact that no one has seen the inside of MacGregor Manor since 1974. The last known viewers passed away in a car accident shortly after recording some footage from within. Some believe it to be cursed, because of all of the misfortunes that befall those that enter. You have 60 minutes to break the curse or change your mind before the lawyer files for the paperwork in the courthouse.

Overall the room was good but not great; however, it was way overpriced. There was nothing about this room to justify paying more than the $25-$30 price range.
Gameplay
The biggest downside to the room was that it flowed poorly. You’re given multiple incomplete pieces to several puzzles early on with no indication that you need to complete several other tasks first.

This was a great and somewhat surprising room. The story is well thought out and the experience is great. Some really nice theming and a well-run game. Definitely a good one to try out when you're in the Triangle. We had four players, but ran this one when we were still relatively new to escape rooms.

I like the plot point that we have an hour to escape the room to stop our lawyer from closing on the purchase of this cursed mansion! Again, there's an overarching theme about a secret society that is never explained.

Overall I really enjoyed this room! Spooky with a couple of jump scares (that made it evident the GM was paying attention!). The was one puzzle that just didn’t seem to set the players up for success but otherwise it was a well thought out room. In general this is my favorite ER business in the RDU area.

Overall the gameplay flowed well. When we played it there was one puzzle that did not lend itself well to being correctly solved, but otherwise it was a well thought-out game.
