Whimsical is the best way I could describe it - very puppet influenced and unusual

From the outer set to the interior, the set is a beautiful blend of realism and puppet-inspired stylization

Unusual interactions and theatrical effects

So cute!

It may take some adjustment to the design of the game, but once you understand the flow is quick and satisfying

Kids will love it

A lot of things were broken in a way typical of years-old games with lower maintenance standards. A lot of components felt flimsy or like they were going to snap on us. But we also had a major tech malfunction that took multiple minutes to resolve while we sat idly by.

Clever and I loved the use of the puppet!

We loved how you walk in. My son actually thought we were in the wrong place!

The use of the puppet and thinking outside of the box was clever!

Some puzzles we had to have help. Some things in the room were there and were confusing.

The Bureau consistently does atmosphere better than almost any company in Orlando.

The room flowed well. We generally understood what we needed to do, though there were a few times where the exact method to doing so wasn’t always intuitive. Many of the puzzles were pretty unique which we liked. And we really loved all the puzzles involving Melvin.

The Melvin interactions made this room so unique and fun. The set was also nice and immersive. A very fun atmosphere.

Our game guide, Ian, was great. They gave nudges just when we needed them. And everyone was so kind!

Did not flow too well, needed more thought and all puzzles should’ve been working

Set design was great even though we didn’t use half of it

The staff was welcoming however they were giving unnecessary hints to quickly like they wanted us out of the room and rushed us in and rushed us out

There wasn’t much of one other than being in the puppet verse

Only difficult in that it wasn’t straightforward

Gameplay was quite innovative! Using your puppet friend was very fun, and definitely added to the experience.

I thought the set was great! Very cute and matched the theme very well. The characters around the area were also very cute!

The story was consistent throughout the room, all of your tasks contributed to progressing the room and story as it has been laid out for you!

Overall, the puzzles weren’t too hard. This location doesn’t use any locks, so figuring out what to do was a little bit out of my natural intuition. Make sure to pay attention to everything!

A lot of sensors! I don’t even know how most things worked in the room!

The room is fairly linear without too too much to do. However, it is able to hold a decent amount of people with it’s size!

Fun for kids!

I’d say you gotta be able to read at the very least, as there is a decent amount of reading. However, theme wise and concept wise I think it’s suitable for almost all ages!

We went when it wasn’t too busy, but I could see the parking getting crowded!
