This game was very interesting since you’re kinda like on a team with puppets, but a lot of puzzles did not make sense at all and a lot of stuff was broken. I do not suggest this room very much because of all this

Very fun and immersive room. It does a great job capturing a sense of mischief
No locks or keys as advertised, and the puzzles flowed very well. If you feel like you shouldn't do something, you might be wrong, but it's always good to ask the agents at your fingertips to check

It's a great game and our team had a wonderful time. It's such a special creative theme mixed with creative puzzle ideas.

Puppet Heist was an absolutely stellar game - it took the concept of a puppet museum heist and made something that was absolutely hilarious, novel, and interesting. From the opening interaction to the wonderful, zany set, it was a joy to play. The game flow is absolutely highly unconventional, and as such we had to take some nudges for a few puzzles, but it never felt completely unfair. In particular, I loved the implementation of reuse, which was so whimsical and made for some puzzles I’ve never seen before. If you enjoy unusual games, especially if you’ve played a lot of games, check it out.
Whimsical is the best way I could describe it - very puppet influenced and unusual
From the outer set to the interior, the set is a beautiful blend of realism and puppet-inspired stylization

Tired, old, and parts of the original game are left in the rooms but not used.
Some puzzles were from when the game was new. They apparently were broken or just abandoned and the remnants were just left in the room to confuse the players.
Tired and old. The game props felt well used and very worn.
Asked for an explanation on one of the puzzles and the employee fumbled around with many props until they could provide a very weak answer.

My review assumes that all of the tech worked, which it very much did not. Our experience was really more of a thumbs down, but I adored the unique puzzles, fun characters and story, and overall creativity. I really did like the game a lot, I just hope you have better luck with the tech than we did.

A lot of things were broken in a way typical of years-old games with lower maintenance standards. A lot of components felt flimsy or like they were going to snap on us. But we also had a major tech malfunction that took multiple minutes to resolve while we sat idly by.

Great job! We had fun.
Clever and I loved the use of the puppet!
We loved how you walk in. My son actually thought we were in the wrong place!
They were so sweet!
The use of the puppet and thinking outside of the box was clever!
The idea of stealing a hand with a puppet is clever!!!

Some puzzles we had to have help. Some things in the room were there and were confusing.

Such a disappointment due to its unexecuted potential and wildly confusing puzzle flow. This feels like a game that is in (or somehow skipped...) beta testing. While it starts off clever (and actually, hilarious), it ends in a tricky morass of multiple puzzles available but only one actually solvable. An utter lack of signposting and an in-game "checklist" which actually misdirects you, this game left us all with a bad taste in our mouth. Should absolutely be fixed/reworked - there's something great here but, as one fellow player said, "this isn't it." A real shame. I was leaning toward a "like" for creativity and uniqueness, but the frustration at the poor puzzle flow won me over by the end of this review. #PleaseFixThisGame - A fixed Puppet Heist 2.0 could absolutely be a winner.
The Bureau consistently does atmosphere better than almost any company in Orlando.

This escape room would have been perfectly fun on its own, but the addition of the puppet element really elevated it. A great family friendly room.

The room flowed well. We generally understood what we needed to do, though there were a few times where the exact method to doing so wasn’t always intuitive. Many of the puzzles were pretty unique which we liked. And we really loved all the puzzles involving Melvin.
The Melvin interactions made this room so unique and fun. The set was also nice and immersive. A very fun atmosphere.
Our game guide, Ian, was great. They gave nudges just when we needed them. And everyone was so kind!
