Your friend Connor, an aspiring novelist has been working on a book about serial killers. He thinks he has scored his big break when he finds a lead on the Zodiac Killer. Obtaining information on a serial killer that was never caught was an oppotunity too great to pass up. So he headed off to the small midwestern town to speak with this informant, Zed Holman, the owner of a junkyard. This was six months ago and you have not heard from Connor since. The police are not able to file a missing person's report, so you decide to go see for yourself. When you finally arrive in town, night is falling and a storm is on the horizon. You approach the junkard looking for answers as to the fate of your friend......

80 escape rooms
If you have done Missing from Masterpiece Escapes, this room is basically Missing 2.0. Masterpiece upped all of the horror and surprise elements in Wrecked and then fixed any issues that they had with Missing inside of Wrecked. If you have never done a room at Masterpiece before and can only do one room choose Wrecked, as both room have similar game and story beats. Missing is still worth the play if you have the time but Wrecked is definitely the more polished of the two.
Yes
I haven't seen another room with this theme just yet!
Medium
It's more like in-between Medium and Hard. If you are new to escape rooms it might be a little tough but otherwise pretty escapable for escape room veterans.
Mechanical
4
4-5 is the max. There are some TIGHT spaces in this room. Any more and it's claustrophobic.
Scary
Sh*t's scary. Be prepared.

I wouldn't bring a small kid to this room. Too scary.

We played all over town on our trip to Charlotte. This was by far our favorite room in town.

The game over all was good. But like there other games the GM is way too free with help

I LOVED THIS ROOM! Masterpiece Escapes is a hidden gem near the Charlotte area, but this game is my favorite game there! There were so many puzzles I had never seen done before and they were SO fun. The set design was also amazing. The game offered so many twists and turns that kept me and my friends on our toes and we loved every second of this game. Highly recommend this game!
