A loud noise. Flickering lights. Dr. Alistair Leonhardt, professor of Archeology, has disappeared while studying some special artifacts. Can you get him back before it is too late?
18 escape rooms
We went just after they had opened and were still ironing out the kinks, so itโs very possible that others will find this room worked well. We had several moments where puzzles didnโt work either because it was worn out or had been broken in the past. The theme was fun and engaging, definitely one youโd want to do with more than 2 people. All in all, weโd rate this one as ok, only because game play was interrupted a few times to have things reset or fixed.
Generally the play flowed and clues made sense.
Very immersive, great design and good atmosphere.
They were welcoming, as they had just opened, getting settled and started.
No
If you are new to escape rooms, then yes, itโs fun and different. This is maybe the 3rd or 4th archaeology/professor/mystery one weโve done, so not very much different from the others. But not meant in a bad way.
Iโm not sure I quite recall the specific story as it tends to blend with other similar plots, but yes, the elements were integrated.
Medium
Medium to hard. We did it with just 2 people, but some of the elements didnโt work correctly or were broken. Given that they had just opened, some leeway is granted in my review.
Mechanical
Mechanical almost entirely. Not all puzzles were completely dialed in. (New, so still ironing out details).

We had several visits from our game master. They had just opened, so still ironing out the kinks was to be expected. They gave us extra time.
