The set up and build of the room and it's puzzles were very enjoyable. But they had not reset the room correctly and failed to include a vital code cracking sheet that was needed to move into the final room. We had spent a good chunk of time, of which they dont give you a lot of anyway, searching for the missing clue and radioing to the GM that there was nothing else to find, just to be told to keep looking. When the GM finally came to give us the missing piece of the room it left us with no time to complete the final puzzles and caused us to not escape the room. The reaction from the team was weak and not helpful, and left a sour taste in our mouths. We are yet to return the Escape Manor off the back of this.
