Someone call Wentworth Miller cause I want OUT Another prison escape room so I can’t say too much, it had the bed, the toilet, the bars, the usual. A few genuinely unique solves though, which are rare to find in the jailbreak theme. Not my favourite at Escape Manor but maybe I’m just over the prisons man.

WOOOAH MAMA THEY DONE TRAPPED ME IN THE CELL. Alas, another prison break room in the books. There were guards, cells, toilets, hidden compartments, electric chairs, you name it, Death Row delivered all the classics. It was far from my favourite room at Escape Manor but that’s not to say it’s bad, it just didn’t exactly reinvent the wheel. Maybe I carry a negative bias towards this particular theme but hey, I’m still out here busting chops (and prison bars). The best moment of the whole room came from our GM whose acting and character work was maniacal and so much fun. I almost wish there was more interaction with him mid-game to enhance the experience. Oh well. I need a break from the penal system. 6.4/10 🔏🧩

This was probably our least favourite room in Escape Manor thus far. We didn’t really feel impressed by any of the puzzles and left feeling more confused and frustrated than anything. The transition from the first to second room was the best part of this experience for us, that and the set design. The flow of puzzles and keeping them on theme would have kept us more interested. Not sure what a chess board is doing in an electrocution chamber. Overall is not a bad room, we just weren’t very impressed.

My friends and I had a really fun time with this escape room. We were really impressed with the acting from the game master and the puzzles in the room. One of my friends said it’s her favourite escape room she’s done so far!

Love escape manor in general! Everyone is SO friendly and really make the experience more immersive and enjoyable. I have done all of the escape rooms here and many others and can definitely say (though there are rude people who say otherwise) this is a must go place for escape rooms and is very very good!

We do not recommend Escape Manor in general. So disappointing in many ways. 45 min is NOT enough to finish a room! It’s the only Escape Room place where they don’t give you a whole hour and it doesn’t make sense. The “game master” wasn’t pleasant either. Their walky talkies don’t function so instead of talking through them they barge in the room to give you the clue - which takes you out of the game and atmosphere. Also, instead of a “clue”, they often tell you exactly where the clues are, so you can’t even think for yourself. And when you didn’t escape and at the end ask them to explain the puzzles, they tell you in 10 seconds and sound annoyed that you even asked. Terrible experience!

did it during escape manors black out event for halloween so the room was completely pitch black lest our torches. SOOO FUN AND SOOOO SCARY

It was an interesting twist on the usual prison-themed escape room. A darker take with relevant puzzles and props, but a more memorable experience on the whole.

This was one of the first rooms we did. I loved it as an adventurer just starting out discovering escape rooms. It was challenging but fair in the sense you left feeling accomplished which is the perfect balance of escaping. But too easy but not frustratingly tricky. I would recommend to newish escapees as a fun one.

Such a great room and Matt was absolutely awesome in the introduction to the room! The staff were all so friendly and the atmosphere was awesome!
