Bank Heist

We loved Bank Heist! Mark is so passionate about designing and making escape rooms and it shows. There are so many puzzles to work through while also having really immersive props and sets. There also an optional side quest. We’ve done other escape rooms with optional quests but they’re usually small supplements. But Bank Heist’s optional quest is so substantial it’s basically two escape rooms in one. If you go with a smaller group, you may need to do the room twice to get to the optional quest. As always, Social Escape gives you a data sheet tracking your performance which is awesome. The team/Game Masters are amazing. Thanks a million Mark!

Fantastic room! Simple theme, very puzzle-centric. Not a room for beginners, with plenty to keep our experienced team of 3 busy. We were surprised to hear we broke the record - I usually wouldn't like a room we do in under 30 mins but these puzzles kept us all occupied, directed, and were a solid level of difficulty, so the room was very satisfying. Loved the optional puzzles to complete after - just missed out on finishing them all! Owner Mark was great to chat all things Escape with - clearly a mega enthusiast!

Another amazing room. Theming is excellent, the story makes sense, and there is puzzles galore. After finishing the main story in ~37 minutes, we made some attempts at the optional extras. With not much success which is expected given what's on offer for completing them all. All the additional puzzles made sense and fit the theme, they're just extremely challenging. Highly recommend doing this room, and more than once to claim the bragging rights.

Social Escape Rooms are our favourite rooms! We have loved all Marks rooms and have finished them all now. Every game had us entertained and we loved how many puzzles there were to solve. We HIGHLY recommended Social Escape Rooms for everyone!

Great room, very very enjoyable.

6/10, this room was fun but was quite difficult for the 3 of us, we didn’t bother with the side quest.

Incredible room, flowed really well and had great attention to detail. Room was very puzzle dense, giving us lots to do for the time we were in there and all puzzles were great. The owner, Mark, was amazing and was lovely to chat with. Highly recommend!

9/10 Great set design and absolutely loved playing realistic escape type activities. Score sheet was cool to look through.

Very excited but nervous heading back to Social Escape for Bank Heist, said to be notoriously difficult! We ended up having a real blast of a time. The bank vault theming was superb and the puzzles were challenging and creative, full of hi-tech and traditional padlock fun. For those concerned about the difficulty, it isn’t really that bad if you just focus on the main challenge — it’s the optional side quest puzzles that make it so impossibly hard to complete 100% and grab the $100 reward. We had a great time and liked this one possibly even more than the excellent Ransom. Will definitely be back again!
