Classic escape room experience for first gen rooms but with incredible theming and scenery, especially in the lobby and intro room. The actual escape room was less impressive but still well done.
Classic escape room puzzle quest. Lots of pen and paper puzzles translated to real world physical spaces. No coordination challenges, lots of mental think about it ones.
Definitely had a storyline and plot that was followed and themed, do wish the end of the room was more connected to the storyline. There is a solid intro, they need to add an outtro to tie it all together.

The centerpiece puzzle had a broken indicator light that needed to be off but because it was burnt out it was flipped on and I couldn’t tell. That’s it though, everything else worked.

The intro to the game was fun and sets the mood. Puzzles flowed well and made sense. Pretty straightforward escape room.

Awesome immersive set design welcomes you from the waiting room to the game room. We really enjoyed every aspect of our gameplay at Breakout Studios. The puzzles are challenging enough to keep your brain working but not impossible. Helpful gamemasters kept us on track. A consistent storyline connects all the games. Definitely go check out Breakout Studios!

There’s a release mechanism that can kill you for no reason. The puzzles aren’t amazing. The hardest ones are tedious or badly designed pen and paper puzzles. There’s also some extraneous info in the room. Lastly, this is more a matter of personal opinion, but I didn’t really dig the theme.

Loved the enthusiasm by the staff. The room before you enter the actual game was pretty immersive. Puzzle wise though this room was fairly mediocre (tedious pen and paper puzzles aren’t great for physical rooms, for example) and there were a couple of bad puzzle design choices in there. Also, something drops from high up at some point and you ARE warned about it / there’s a hazard zone, but there is 0 reason for the thing that drops to be attached to such a heavy object lol

Always enjoy the workers' enthusiasm starting the game off. We started off the game looking silly completely missing something in front of our eyes, but once we got through that, we were able to get through the puzzles fairly ok. There is definitely some thought that is much needed behind these puzzles. One thing that was a struggle for us was that not everything is intuitive. But overall the room was fun and not too tough for a group of two.

Not too unique, but the element of immersing you in the time travel element is cool. This room has quite a bit of locks.

It's a little step above medium in my opinion, but it's not too hard. There were moments of getting stumped though.

My husband and I loved this room. The game master was fun, the room flowed well, and unlike some others we enjoy lock and key puzzles. We find excitement in that turn the key moment. We had a great experience and can’t wait to come back and finish the other rooms!

TFOSV was a classic escape room experience that felt smooth and fun throughout. It was a little search-heavier than I normally enjoy, but the puzzles were fun and the set was nicely made (tho the amount of “do not touch” stickers was a bit annoying). A solid experience that is worth it for local enthusiasts looking to scratch the itch or introduce their friends to escape rooms!

Illogical, small, and frenzied this room unfortunately contained puzzles that were more frustrating then fun. There were no aha moments and when you feel you need to ask for help more than intuitively solve puzzles there is a huge problem.
